Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipping locations

We ship Australia-wide (NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, NT, WA, TAS, ACT).

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Any orders received on a weekend or holiday, will be processed and dispatched during business hours (Monday-Friday).

For any rush orders, large/commercial quantities, or custom queries, please contact us directly via email (info@artisanalechocolate.com.au) to ensure stock is on hand.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, particularly for interstate orders. See the Australia Post Domestic Delivery Times website for more details under the 'Express Post' section.

Weather

When the outside temperature is expected to be hot, we automatically add signature required to any Australia Post deliveries to ensure that any deliveries are not left on the porch. For local deliveries, we may leave the parcel on the porch when there is suitable shade and the outside temperature is reasonable.

All packages are insulated to protect the contents from heat.

Shipment to P.O. boxes addresses

 Artisanale Chocolate ships to PO Box addresses within Australian addresses, except for some fragile novelty items (as mentioned under the Product's description).

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Artisanale Chocolate is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

GST is automatically included in the costs provided.

Damages

Artisanale Chocolate is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We ship outside Australia. Shipment cost is calculated at checkout.
