I live outside of Australia. How do I send a gift to someone in Australia?

At the checkout page, simply enter the recipient's delivery address.

What payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay

Do you include receipts?

No, we do not include any receipts with the chocolates. The invoice is sent with the order confirmation email upon purchase.  

I want to send chocolates to a different addresses. How should I do this?

Are any of your chocolates vegan/dairy free/nut free/gluten free?

For vegan / dairy free options, our dark chocolate itself contains no dairy products so it is vegan and dairy free! However some of our products may contain ingredients which are not vegan or dairy free. When you visit our product range, filter for ‘Vegan / Dairy free (dark only)’ and ensure you only select the ‘Dark’ chocolate option when adding to cart.

For gluten free / nut free options, visit our product range and use the filter above.

All our products are made in the same kitchen, so whilst we do sanitise between batches to minimise cross contamination, we do not recommend purchasing if you have an allergy.

Why does it say "may contains traces of gluten, nuts, dairy, soy" when this product is gluten free/dairy free? 

Whilst we do uphold strict hygiene standards and sanitise between product batches, all our products are made in the same production kitchen. On the rare occasion cross contamination does occur we print this cautionary phrase on every label to identify this.

Can I change my order once it has been placed?

Please contact us within 24 hours if there is a mistake with your order. Unfortunately if it is dispatched, we won't be able to accept any changes.

When will I receive my chocolates?

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days.

  • For the Sydney metro region, orders can be delivered same day as being dispatched. Please let us know if you need it urgently.

  • Outside of Sydney metro, see the Australia Post Delivery Speeds page.

How should I store my chocolates?

Chocolates are best kept away from direct sunlight, in a cool dry place that is free from odours.  We do not recommend refrigeration as it can alter the presentation and taste of the chocolate.
