Refund policy
Please select your chocolates carefully as we do not provide a refund for incorrectly selected products or change of mind.
We do not refund for orders where the shipping address has been incorrectly supplied or is missing information and has been shipped. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all shipping address details are correctly entered, to double check the order confirmation email, and to notify us if an amendment to the address is required prior to being shipped.
